January, 2012 (Letter to Our Clients)
Income Taxes Were Always Overwhelming . . . Until We Started Using James Financial
Many of our clients used this checklist to pull together their tax records and found
it covered all the essentials while reducing the time it took to get their records in one place. This year
you will find the list expanded to further reduce your work load. Just put the appropriate documents in an
envelope or folder and drop it off. We’ll process your documents, look for missing items and verify things
over the phone. You will always be able to review the returns before they are electronically filed. (See
“Save Time” at the bottom of the next page.)

Refer A
Friend
For the past 6 years we have rewarded our clients
for sending the friends and relatives to us for tax preparation. We send you a “Thank You” card with a check for
$20 for the referral. We also put your name in a drawing for a flat screen TV with a DVD player. We also give
your referral at least a $20 discount on their tax prep fee. Our clients have received over $4,000 in cash and 5
TVs over the past few years. You might be next to win!
We’d rather reward our clients for their
